In principle, health insurance covers the costs of the services provided by Ladies Permanence Stadelhofen.
As a rule, the doctor in charge of treatment obtains a cost authorisation for treatments not covered by basic health insurance (e.g. iron infusions and IUDs).
We bill according to the contracts concluded with the insurance companies and according to the valid health insurance tariffs of the Canton of Zurich. We settle directly with the Swiss health insurers. You will therefore only receive an invoice for the services that are not covered by health insurance and a copy of the invoice for your files.
Our team is internationally orientated and communicates fluently in English, French and other languages in order to provide optimal care for international clients.
