New since 2025: GLA:D® Osteoarthritis Programme in our physiotherapy

Since January 2025, we have been offering the outpatient GLA:D® osteoarthritis programme as part of our physiotherapy services. GLA:D® stands for Good Life with osteoArthritis in Denmark and is an evidence-based, standardised and internationally successful exercise and education programme.

The programme is aimed at patients with symptomatic knee or hip osteoarthritis – both with and without a planned operation. The aim is to improve pain, mobility and quality of life.

Note for referring physicians:
Please refer suitable patients and note ‘2× 9 GLA:D programme’ on the physiotherapy prescription. The costs of approx. CHF 600 are covered by health insurance.
